- Last two pay stubs, most recent
- Last two bank statements for all accounts, all pages
- Last, most current mortgage statement (if you have any current properties)
- Borrower signature authorization signed
If commissioned or bonus include your last two years of tax returns, all pages and schedules and be sure that the copies are signed. If self-employed you need the last two years of business and personal tax returns. | |
