Listing Packages for Open House/Broker Open

Even if you’ve never worked with us before we welcome your call with your request. Each Package includes five flyers to inform your potential buyers. The first flier is the home listing sheet which will be customized to include:

• Your company logo, detailed contact information and picture
• Three pictures of the property
• Up to three finance packages for your potential buyers

Fliers number two thru five will give your potential buyer information regarding:

• Why they need a real estate agent
• Starting the mortgage process
• Closing cost information
• Benefits of buying a home

In order for us to produce these documents we will need the MLS sheet sent to us via email to marketing@optimusfundingcorp.com. The listing sheet can also be available via PDF for mass email distribution. The hard copies are produced in full color to professionally present your listing.
